Lyrical- This is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance techniques. It is characterized by its expressive and emotional nature, fluid movements, and connection to the lyrics or the mood of the accompanying music.
Tap- A unique form of dance characterized by rhythmic footwork, percussive sounds, and syncopated beats created by metal plates, called taps, attached to the soles of the dancer's shoes.
Hip Hop- A dynamic and expressive form of dance that emerged in the 1970s in African-American and Latino communities in the United States. It encompasses a wide range of styles, techniques, and movements, reflecting the diverse influences of music, street dance, and culture.
Acro- A style of dance that combines elements of ballet, jazz, and acrobatics. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and coordination, incorporating tricks like flips, rolls, and balances into dance routines.
Fit Ball- Cardio that uses an inflatable exercise ball. Designed to engage and challenge various muscle groups
Theatre- Specifically created and designed to perform on stage within the context of theatrical productions, such as musicals and stage plays.
