Tap- A unique form form of dance characterized by rhythmic footwork, percussive sounds, and syncopated beats created by metal plates, called taps, attached to the soles of the dancer's shoes.
Hip Hop- A dynamic and expressive form of dance that emerged in the 1970s in African American and Latino communities in the United States. It encompasses a wide range of styles, techniques, and movements, reflecting the diverse influences of music, street dance, and culture.
Fit Ball- Cardio that uses an inflatable exercise ball. Designed to engage and challenge various muscle groups
Theatre- Specifically created and designed to perform on stage within the context of theatrical productions, such as musicals and stage plays.
